The staff didn't even acknowledge you when you came to the counter, the front lobby is dirty, the room was absolutely filthy,with hair stains and random razor blades on the kitchen counter. The bathroom was disgusting, not even a fresh coat of paint could make it bearable. This place is a dump. Don't waste your money.

They don’t clean rooms nor give clean towels. Their excuse was we don’t clean rooms but every 7 days. Absolutely disgusting!!! I will never stay at an extended stay again

The lobby was dismal. That should of told me something. The elevator was gross, the hallways were dark and dirty looking. When I opened the door, the room stunk of stale cigarettes and some kind of bad air freshener. But it didn’t work as the room stunk of cigarettes. The room was also very dismal looking with a small kitchen area. It was horrible that I just walked out. No way was I spending the night !

They don't store anything in the rooms as far as towels or utensils for the kitchen... The staff is never at the front desk, and when they are they basically ignore you and when you finally get their attention they act like you have out them out... I had to knock on the staff lounge to get service and she was all pissed off that I was interrupting her phone conversation. They have zero maintenance staff at the location and we had to buy our own plunger for a clogged toilet... The hotel is non-smoking but smelled of weed all ... read more

Don’t stay here Where do I start? We were given a room that had not been cleaned. Bed unmade and towels in the floor. The next room had no towels at all so we had to go to the front desk to get them. There were no cooking ware, no glasses, and no utensils so if I had wanted to cook I couldn’t. The next morning breakfast was supposed to be continental but it was oatmeal and coffee! I asked where the pastries were and the desk clerk said we are supposed to have them. I don’t know why they are not there very unconcerned

There was only one yellow stained towel in my room. The room itself was dirty. Check-in staff was not friendly. No maid service. Breakfast consisted of coffee, instant oatmeal, and a muffin—that’s it. I won’t stay at an extended stay America again. Spend a little extra and go somewhere else.
