I did not get the room I reserved and paid for. Reserved two queen beds and got there at 11:30 at night after a long drive and was told the only thing left was a single queen bed. I was told I could not get any discount because I booked through Expedia instead of directly w hotel. Additionally, The room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I spoke to the manger the next morning who promised that she would inspect the room herself to confirm its cleanliness, and clearly she didn't because it hadn't even been vacuumed... read more

Had to wait for what sounded like a clerk on a personal phone call, no bath towels or mat in the room......

They're Liars (front desk staff). She lied about me having a reservation. She cancelled it to price gouge for Memorial day prices. Thank God Hotels.com rectified and gave us another reservation at a better, cleaner, comfortable, better cable and waaaay better breakfast (full meals and not that crappy snack of a breakfast they offer) at the country Inn across the street. DO NOT (Unless you have to) patron this location.

I can not say whether the hotel was nice accommodations or night as there were no rooms available despite Expedia telling me I had a room reserved.
