Beware We checked in and then we were told that the tv was out. I'm pretty sure that the cost of cable is included in the price. I received no discount. I reserved a king room and when I checked in I was told of no room change. Got to our room, there were two doubles and trash cans full of trash. There were no cups in bathroom. I asked if there was a price difference between rooms and was told yes but I paid for the king per website. Even though they were all booked. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE So I came to hotel thursday at 11:45 pm and there was NO ONE at the front desk, after 10 mims waiting, lady came up and told me that she is a housekeeper and don't know how to use a computer . When I told her That I have a reservation, she said people who work here they told her that there is only one expected reservation that it wasn't mine . "non" smoking. not! We booked in to the room late at night. A "non-smoking" room. The desk clerk said she had to check the condition of the room and this took a while. When we walked in, the smell of cigarette smoke was substantial and when I went to complain could not find anyone at the front except another customer who said her room was not ready. Nasty Hotel Keep Out Awful. In need of house keeping. Listed as smoke free but the room reeked with smoke but they said nothing else was available. I went and but scented candles and spray to help get through the weekend. Every time air came through the vents smoke scent blew around the room and in my clothes. I returned the was clothes because the had stains in them. No clean ones were available so I had to wait until morning after they washed them and had to clean the bathroom myself before I used it. nowhere near worth the money Internet is horrible & my room had zero water pressure. compared to other extended stays & the prices they charge I'd rate this one 1 star out of 5. Hopefully it will get better. I'm still here now.
A step above Dump Status Heater was broken and made a constant rattling sound, hallway floor was filthy with stains, parking spots where too narrow and my car door was dented, the food offering was stale, the mattress was only slightly more comfortable than sleeping on a floor. The place was really a dive.
