Not great Sheets and pillows stunk. Staff not the most pleasant upon arrival waited 10 minutes before someone came to the counter

I should have stayed at a hotel since there was no daily maid service and you had to exchange towels at the front desk. Also, I missed having a hot breakfast and a lobby to relax in. There is no place to visit with folks there.

Hotel was without power and was running on a generator. I was given a room on the second floor. Elevator was not working. I am in my mid 70s with bad knees. After I wrestled my way up the stairs with my luggage, and got to the end of the hall, my room key wouldn't work. I called front desk for assistance and was told to come back down to get another key. After I finally got in the room, I found out there was no cable, there was no little bar of soap at sink, no paper drinking cup, and no cable t.v. I was told power and cable... read more

No ice, no toiletries, very basic and not at all comfortable.

Worst hotel The room was disgusting and dirty. It smelled so bad we couldn't stay there. I will never go back.

Did not honor my reservation Even though I had a confirmed, prepaid reservation I was informed upon my arrival that there was no room available. The reason given was due to overbooking. The reception clerk refused to take responsibility for this because I had reserved the room on Hotels .com.

Travelers beware Your website offered a smoke free environment. Upon exiting the elevator the odor if smoke permitted the entire second floor including our "non smoking" room. The room and bathroom were not clean. We were scheduled to stay three nights but checked out after the first night.
