Terrific staff terrible facilities There is no coffee or even plastic cups in the room. There is no gym. The breakfast is terrible. However, the staff are great.
Ripkin Experience It was close to where we needed to be and a great price but you get what you pay for. The room was exactly what you would expect from a 2 star rating. Towels are like sandpaper and bed spreads could use a good cleaning.

Walking distance to Ruby Tuesday Resturant We had to wait 10 minutes for the Desk clerk to return to check in. The room was spacious with mini kitchen and a table to work on. The room was clean with what looked like nearly new carpet. The Bathroom could have been cleaner. Dirt in the corners and the chrome was not polished rather spotty. Well below what I have experienced in the area. Stayed 2 nights while waiting for a room in another hotel about a quarter mile away. Will not return.

Hotel was very run down and smelled like cigarettes. Beds were awful and woke up with a stiff back. Location was probably the best part, right off 95 and restaurants within walking distance.
Worst experience yet Online through expedia it said there was a pool guess what, no pool! There was not even breakfast but a couple granola bars.. I paid a lot of money for a crappy place. Will not stay there again. Next time will go elsewhere and also will not use expedia..

First of all no breakfast other than apples and coffee, in the lobby mind you. You have to bring your dirty towels down to the front desk to get new ones. No closet for clothes just a bar hanging in room. No over head lighting. we weren't expecting a five star but could have been better facilities.

Never again Bathroom had some used items left behind. Pillows smelled like they hadn't been changed. The hallway smelled like smoke masked with air freshener.
Not recommend this hotel Would not let us check in before 3 when we arrived at 2:15 and no guests were at the hotel. Bed sheets were dirty. Free breakfast consisted of a nutribar. Not even a bathroom in the lobby.
