Staff was very pleasant but the room had a very musky terrible smell. I also didn't know that there would be no one cleaning the room and was informed it was done once a week only.
Very poor reception The front desk experience was horrible. She did not care and was very rude

Overall cleanliness of hotel was terrible. Bathroom looked like it hadnot been cleanedin weeks. Refrigerator did not work. I woulnd never stay at an extended stay again.
The place is a pit No lobby to speak of or common area, delayed check in because the swiper was down, and rude staff. Interface with Expedia was terrible (had to check in a second time because a night was added). There was no shampoo in the bathroom. Others had no toilet paper. The room looked like it was last renovated in the 1970's, and reeked of stale tobacco smoke. It seemed like foreign contractor were living there, and the place smelled like Ramen. Could have been better The first room we were put in was not clean! The second was, but the door was ajar when we got there.
not impressed I wasn't expecting bells and whistles from this hotel, but I wasn't expecting to find the previous occupant's food in the refrigerator and around the room. The front desk said that the room had been cleaned, but all of the soaps were unwrapped. It appeared that the sheet and towels had been switched out.
