Horrible Matress!!! The was a quick overnight business trip that ending up with me having back pain all day. The matress was very old and warn, it felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. For the price, they could have done better. Don't expect a comfrontable nights sleep!

Very disappointed Upon my arrival to this hotel, right in front of the entrance door I saw two pile of garbage which overflow with beer bottles. To be straight to the point the entrance was dirty. I reported to the front desk. Impression says a lot!

suspect Room was not clean when I arrived, it had been prepared for a guest but the sheets and little things were not clean. the coffee bar in the morning ran until 9:00 am but it was out of coffee at 8:00 and no attempt was made to refill it.

not in bel aire we had stink bug on the tv pavement ants in the sink bed hard as a soft rock unable to locate staff when we found bugs in the room bathroom soap stunk no ice machine hotel was to be in bel aire we went to bel aire it was not there when asked if there was a continential breakfast was directed to the coffee machine price was not equal to hotel

Hotel is in Belcamp not Bel Air This hotel may be acceptable for a weeklong stay if you get a good enough price. It is not as nice as most 2 star hotels. If you get fresh towels or sheets more than one a week it is an extra cost. Queen rooms come with only 1 bed which is not very comfortable. No desk staff. At least room was clean.

It Was Ok Until..... My fiance and I were traveling from purchasing our new puppy and after doing some research we learned that this hotel was pet-friendly. So we figured, this would be a great place to rest our head and prepare us for the trip in the morning. There was a certain smell in our room, but we overlooked it and decided just to crash. In the morning, we let our puppy out of her crate and she instantly runs under the bed. When I find her, she has a used condom in her teeth and I freaked out. It was not our condom!

Disapointed Pretty disapointed overall, the bed was like a rock - completely and totally uncomfortable. We only stayed for one night but I read the information about housekeeping services - you can exchange towels at the front desk, otherwise they only clean once a week if you're staying 7+ days. If you're staying less than that, they do not clean your room. If you request your room to be cleaned, it's an extra charge. They also charge a one-time access fee for internet.
