Showed up at 9:30 PM and there was no room available even though I had a confirmed reservation. Just terrible.

It looks like the only thing made in the room was the bed. Trash all over. No remote control no refrigerator in the room as posted

Rooms were old and not kept up well. Walls and doors don’t block sound, could hear everything going on in the lobby all day and night. Construction making loud banging noises all day. Fridge freezer sounded like a freight train when the compressor kicks on. Metal spring bed frame looks like boot camp beds from a movie.

The shower did not drain and the grab and go breakfast was a joke.

Not as advertised Advertised breakfast not available, not even coffee. Paint on walls not completed, furniture chipped. The bathroom flooded I'm not sure why. No ice available at all: the ice tray in the freezer was empty. Cockroach in bathroom. I found another hotel

Staff is so rude
Room was unusable Front desk staff was extremely helpful, but the room was in a state of disrepair, and could not be used. The property was fully booked, so at 8pm I was forced to cancel my reservation and find other accommodations.
Worst hotel ever! The hotel offered absolutely no services. There weren’t even laps on the night tables. There was no hairdryer. There was no phone to be able to call down to the front desk was like living in a hostel. Good thing I didn’t unpack because I went back to the front desk with my bags and checked out and got a refund. And speaking with others who have stayed an extended stays that was their experience as well.
