They advertised a grab and go breakfast which most of my 11 day stay was just coffee, tea and oatmeal. They will only clean your room once per week. The rooms all smell like cigarettes and some dont have microwaves. Stephanie at the front desk was a friendly face in an otherwise dismall setting

Our stay was terrible. I travel for work and have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world the last 50 years, and by far this was the worst hotel we had ever stayed at. Rooms were filthy, mold, dirt, hair everywhere, from the bathtub to the bed. Broken furniture, mattress had so many lumps you could not get much sleep. There were holes in the walls and furniture. Red flags went up as soon as we walked it. Elevator does opened up and the there was something spilled on the floor. The hallway smelled bad. Opened door to our room as were met with a fridge covered in rust. The floor was sticky, stains on the sheets, and soap scum in the tub. Did not stay. Received refund without questions. Only upside was the people at front counter. Very friendly.

The hotel (the hallways and my room) smelled like stale food. There were drips of something unidentifiable on the furniture. The mattress was stained. The staff member who checked me in was courteous, but the hotel and room were a big disappointment.

The room of the filthy and in deplorable condition. We left immediately. I have never checked in and out of a hotel in 60 years traveling. a full refund. I will NEVER even consider staying at another ESA hotel again after this!

Les installations ont un grand besoin d’entretien et la chambre n’était pas très propre. Je vais choisis une chambre avec cuisinette, mais l’hôtel nous a fourni le strict minimum pour cuisiner. Pas de cafetière, ni de grille-pain. Les lits étaient confortables, et il y avait du café, du gruau et des barres granola à la réception pour le petit déjeuner.
