Never again will I stay at any of your facilities. One of your members hung up on me when i tried to cancel. Absolutely disgusted

There was car quotes in the room.Had to move our room and the hallways felt really bad.The staff was great though

The fact that I checked out two days ago and I havent gotten a refund for the last two days I had reserved and paid for got me extra irritated

Bed bugs. Stay away. The front desk person was very friendly and accomodating. Within minutes of checking in there was a bed bug on our shower curtain. I along with the group I was with immediately left and asked for a full refund. She wrote down the room numbers and said she would take care of it. Many of the group were told they wouldn’t receive a refund because they couldn’t find bed bug evidence. Well I had at least one bug on my shower curtain, and I have pictures. Do Not Stay Here!!! We were part of a group that had several families that all booked at this hotel and ultimately all left due to the disgusting condition of the rooms. Two other rooms found bed bugs in the room, our room was not clean, trash under the bed, stains on the sheets, grimy and gross shower/tub, refrigerator was gross on the outside, the room smelled terrible, and I just did not feel comfortable staying here so we made other accommodations.

Bedbugs!! There was bedbugs in some of our co-cheerleaders rooms so we refused to stay there. They are still staying they will charge us anyway

The rooms were dirty, the bathroom was filthy and missing pieces of the vanity and the wall. The door didn’t open properly or shut all the way. The remote didn’t work or connect to the tv. One of the drawers smelled of weed and the bedside table drawer was dirty with an empty wrapper inside
