Checking in was asked what room we wanted. I said whatever is easier. Lady said well what floor because there are rooms on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. I said well how about first floor. Lady then puts me on 3rd floor. Get into room and open cabinet in kitchen area and roaches are running around. Bathroom was also very unclean. Would not recommend.

The staff here are wonderful however the hotel is absolutely disgusting. The carpet was dirty and stained. The walls are filthy. The bed had hair everywhere and there were bugs in the room.

Property was is much disarray. Outside entry, lobby and room were dirty. Hallways smelled, room floors were filthy. Refrigerator was rusty and noisey. Family domestic assault occured right in front of us out in the parking lot involving a man with a hammer, police called. This facility is in much need of repair. Staff was nice but would not stay there again.

Place is disgusting and there are families hanging outside smoking cigarettes at all hours of the night. The smell in the hotel is nauseating. Absolutely disgusted and lost $175!
