There was no property manager on the property and there food trash left under the sink on kitchenette, very dirty. I got no manager help. I think I should receive complete refund instead of partial refund.

The room I was given looked like a room from the first 48! Big stains on the carpet, blood stains on the wall, bathtub looked like someone was jack hammering in it, holes in the kitchenette area that was filled with glue. The floor and fridge looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. I went to the desk and got a full refund and booked elsewhere. I will post pictures if it allows me too

Absolutely disgusting! People hanging out in the parking lot. Kids hanging out the windows. People following you into the elevator. I checked in and then checked right back out. I had to sleep in my truck. The hotel staff was excellent!!!

My Stay at Why Didn't I Run Away America The woman at the desk asked for my name. She said I did not have a reservation. I showed her my Hotels.com confirmation email. She said, wait a minute and walked out of the office. Ten minutes later she came back with another woman. They did some stuff on the computer and said my reservation has been cancelled. General reception was bad first day was alright checking in but in the morning no one was in the office to talk to know my way around
