The front desk woman was kind but that is where the good ends with this hotel. The room we had smelled of mildew. The shower barley worked due to it not changing all the way to the shower part causing low water pressure. They have false advertising. The pictures show pool chairs indicating they had a pool. Upon arrival when looking for a pool only found 2 patio chairs sitting outside. And did not have a pool as was lead on by having pictures of pool chairs. Ghetto, trash hole, dump! Homeless people hanging out around area. A car had 3 out of 4 tires missing...not sure whats going on there...boarded up windows. No toilet paper or even a holder in the room, no trash can, macaroni left in the sink. Check in was at 3pm but didn't get in until 4:20 pm because apparently they were still cleaning...key card doesn't want to work either. Overall I'd say it sucks. Do not stay here.

This place is awesome. I could not have been more pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of staff. My only complaint was they were rude to my visitor because she was not staying there. She told them she was there to get someone who did Stay there and they made her leave and wait for me off the property. I had boxes to load in her car and needed her parked at my room like she was but they did not care. They threatened her with calling the police if she didn't leave the property. These people are thieves. Still missing jewelry. Kicked out long term residents, especially the elderly. The so called manager pushed my minor child to the ground. Hope she likes those charges that she has against her. Manager will also go to former tenants workplace and harass them. Housekeeping fell down the stairs and got injured, so not only is there a workman's comp claim, but another lawsuit from that. The front desk lady was nice and I don’t think there were bedbugs. Those are the only good things. I had a flight coming in late to CHS and I thought I’d just book a room somewhere close to the airport for the first night. This place was a mistake. There’s not even a sign on the building identifying it as an Extended Stay. The “lobby” is a tiny room with a desk and a trashcan. It’s staffed from 7am-11pm so if you arrive after that, good luck not getting mugged while you wait for someone to answer the phone. Luckily for me I ... read more
