Nobody in lobby to check in. Phone was ripped off wall and inoperable. Clerk was gone. Never received check in service. Spent over an hour searching for an employee to no avail. Trash and food waste all over sidewalks and parking lot. The sense of laziness filled the air. I feel like the clerk was chilling in a vacant room. Stayed at different motel.

Health Hazard Sketchy Hotel BEWARE have to pay before receiving keys. Rooms are filthy, dishes are dirty. Black animal hair in fridge. I had to ask for cleaning supplies and was given a spray bottle and rag. Broken toilet seat. Door did not lock properly. Was offered a different room, but it was worse. Uber driver stated there is questionable activity at night. Someone was smoking weed near our room, and office was closed to complain it was coming in the vent. Hotels.com should remove .

Clean Room but Poor Service(s) Person at the front desk was not good to work with. No elevator or no working elevator. We were on the 3rd floor. Continental breakfast was cold. Stairway was nasty, rooms were clean.
