Nasty staff. Dirty rooms. Just a horrible stay. Front desk was nasty and told me to call Expedia with complaints.

I was disappointed in my stay at this hotel. The check in was not very friendly as I had a dog and injured knee was hoping for a 1st floor but no was told sorry! The hotel was not even full to capacity. I was also placed in the back with the interstate which was not a great spot for a good night sleep. No supplies are in kitchen you have to call for each item to get it and no coffee maker or coffee if you did not go to office for coffee. There were working girls with their pimp in the lobby. It took a half hour to check us in. There were cigarette butts all over the grounds of the hotel. Our hotel room had burnt out light bulbs, no coffee maker and outlets that didn't work. There was dog crap next to my car that I almost stepped in when going out to dinner. The hotel is located in a row of other hotels that we have stayed in over the years. It is not in a bad location but this hotel is just a dump.

They assigned me a handicapped shower room after I specifically asked for a 2nd floor room. The shower was difficult to maneuver.

The property was not well maintained, over flowing trash cans, untrimmed branches from the trees in the parking lot scratched my truck. The most recent renovation helped but fell short of bringing the property up to a good standard.

Walked in to check in, sign on front desk. Be right back. 20minutes later a woman shows up. Answers phone and spends five minutes. No one came to clean our room each day. Had to ask for towels and washcloths. Kids running back and forth screaming early on the morning, playing near the doors. Not a pleasant experience. Very unprofessional.
