Check in and out went smooth for the most part. Everything else was gross. Sheets AND pillowcases had blood spots on them, confirming they hadn't been changed from the last person. Door didn't close completely so a steady stream of cold air flowed in all night. Refrigerator looked like they picked it up from a dump. Walls are super thin, i could hear my neighbors sneezing and using the bathroom. Neighbors also decided to party at 3am.

This hotel was very dirty. The toilet seat in the bathroom looks like it was set on fire. Very uncomfortable

NEEDS A MAJOR CLEANING. Refrigerator smelled like dead chicken, room even though smoke free it states it was smoked in and I couldn't breathe, Blankets on bed smelled of vomit thankfully I had my own blankets, and towels in bathroom smelled of urine. I waled on the carpet in socks and they turned brown on the bottom. Do not recommend this hotel to the faint at heart. If you are expecting a clean room and germs bother you, book somewhere else. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, ppl out in the hallway all night being loud. Nobody at front desk to assist with check out and get receipt.

Worst hotel ever. Small room for family of 4. Beds were pushed against wall and air conditioning unit. Very little toilet paper. 3rd floor with no elevator and two dogs and two kids worth of crap to lug up three flights of stairs was not fun. Tried to complain when we picked up our key and they “ claim to be fully booked”. Called for more toilet paper after running out and lady asked me to come down and get it. Manager left a message asking me to checkout the next day for a customer complaint the previous day she left message. Stayed another day and night, then was asked to check out by front desk staff. Never spoke with manager and had to leave with 3 nights already paid for. Not so happy!
