Unprofessional Yall canceled our reservation we had no where to stay with 3 kids and had to stay at motel 6 i'm not happy at all.

There were 2 roaches in the room

The lady at the front desk is very uneducated when it comes to her job. I booked through Expedia and paid the full balance, the front desk lady tried to charge my card a second time and then had me wait almost an hour for a manger to come in and fix the issue in 1min… on top of the unfriendly staff, they have a HUGE roach problem. You see them crawling in the hallway and in the rooms. My shower curtain doesn’t close due to the pole holding the curtain up is falling out the wall.. Please save your money and sleep outside!!! The under the bed sheet is so dirty and they haven’t clean for months it’s blood and hairs on it so disgusting

The rooms smells like smoke and dirty and they don’t clean room for a week at a time.

Rooms have wired smells to them and They have Roaches.

The general manager lacks professionalism and is beyond rude. I would think as a general manager you would set the best example for a guest but no she exudes a negative attitude that shows she has no desire to be there. Even the property lacks care. When I was there for 3 nights the latch to my door was broken and I was told maintenance would get around to fixing it, yet they never did. Definitely wouldn’t return.
