The worst place ever! I run away from that place. Terri le stuff that is indifferent and slow . Promises does not deliver, hangs up the phones, . Garbage smell. Dirty sheets. Broken shelfs. Old , terrible stains on a carpet, have a video of others passing out from smells. Garbage can is inside on a first floor. Unbelievable.

there was no breakfast, and they said they served breakfast. very un-tidy

Don’t stay here Front desk was polite. The downstairs was ok. But once we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor, it was completely different. The hall smelled of mildew and old smoke. The room was appeared clean but once you looked closer, it wasn’t. The kitchenette was old with broken and in disrepair. There wasn’t even a bathroom door. I just took my suitcase and left, didn’t even stay for the 2 nights I paid for. This is my 2nd bad experience with this hotel chain in different cities. I won’t try them again.

The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, the sofa was torn and looked disgusting, the kitchen area looked like someone had beaten it with a baseball bat with missing handles on cabinets and dents on fridge.
