Elevator was out of service, and had a bad cockroach infestation problem in my room. Not sure it was a problem through out the facility.

It was gross. They didn’t have the right room. I had to buy towels, sheets, and an inflatable mattress. The manager never showed up to work. The one lady working the front desk just kept getting yelled at by people. I love staying at extended stay. This time it was terrible.

I don’t think I can find one positive about my experience. First room my kids and I walked into I felt like I was smacked in the face with an ashtray! It was TERRIBLE!! I asked the front desk to move me which she did. Second room didn’t smell as bad, but the bathroom I wanted to throw up just looking at. Really Disappointed in this hotel, spend the extra 20$ to stay somewhere else. When we came to check in there was no one at the desk, waited over 15 minutes then decided to call the front desk they finally came and started the check in. The police interrupted my check-in with a 911 call from one of the rooms. 😱They did not have the number of beds that we booked on the listing, so the five of us had to share two double beds. Roaches all over room and unfriendly staff refused to reimburse us after only being there one hour and said that since we used restroom and beds were sat on she could not rent room out again they kept my money and said we stay over one hour so they couldn’t give us our money back worst place we’ve even been after driving 18 hours to get here never again such a rip off staff was super ghetto cursing and sleeping on the job never never never again

Entire building was nasty! Trash overflowing into hallway and horrible smell throughout! Elevators not operating but I think that was a plus! I had to book somewhere else instead and of course lost my money here but I was going to sleep in my car!!! Don’t book here!!!!!!!

They gave our reservation to someone else. Then told us it was first come first serve when we had reserved and paid ahead of time for a room with a pullout couch because we had 4 kids with us. The room we were given the front door wqs hard to open and close. The bathroom door didnt shut right or lock. There was a fuse box low where our 6 yr old could reach it.
