Showed up at 3:05pm to check in. Waited at the empty front desk until 3:45 until an employee finally showed up. When we got our room keys, the found that the room was cleaned but there were actual boogers stuck on the kitchen wall, mold growing in the bathroom, and that our door lock was broken. Would not recommend to anyone

The condition of this hotel was stunningly bad! Poorly maintained, dirty looking, and just plain tacky. I was surprised. Didn't spend much time there as I was with family. If I had not been required to pre-pay, I would have definitely gone somewhere else after seeing this place.

They will cancel an Expedia credit card reservation if you are late. No attempt to find me a room. Very unreliable. Expedia should drop them. Beware you.might end up sleeping in the parking lot because they won't honor Expedia reservations. I bet I will get no response from Expedia or extended stay America. TERRIBLE I checked in, got my keys and started walking to my room. The place was DIRTY and old. Everything smelled. I got to my room, opened the door, and it smelled even worse in the room. So bad, my 5 year old asked me within 30 seconds of opening the door if we had to stay the night there. I told him absolutely not. We left the property within 5 minutes and told the manager as much on the way out. They refused to refund the night even though we never so much as sat down in our room. TERRIBLE AVOID

The shower sprayed all over the bathroom. Bugs on kitchen counter and in bathroom. Hallways not clean.

They false advertise a breakfast. There was coffee and a few granola bars and bags of oatmeal. And they would clean it all up before the designated times. Room was clean but the smell of cigarette smoke was awful. I used to vans if febreeze and it did not help No complimentary shampoo, etc no hair dryer Would not stay here again. Hallways dirty and smelly as well
