Bad Decision This Hotel is called an extended day for a reason, More people living there permanently then there are people staying for trip purposes. We only stayed one night and had to book another hotel for our other days.

I got to pay for their mistake They allow overbooking to cover their themselves and they don't bother to tell the customer until check-in after a 7 hour drive. They were completely unapologetic and Hotels.com did absolutely nothing to help. I am totally disappointed by both companies and their lack of appropriate customer service.

Room had major water damage on wall around window to the point the rot was coming into the lower window frame, window trim around glass was separating and the sheetrock was coming apart.

No 👎 everything bad our family didnt feel welcomed there ...bad customer service..the first 2 days they kept knocking on our room door...1st day check in everything well until this one guy said there isnt no more utensils...then next day asked the lady that was there for some utensils said she would try to look for some pr was some ...never received our utensils to cook there we had to buy fast food for the 3 days there whats the purpose of staying at a extended stay hotel that advertise the give u utensils but they dont on... read more

Bad service stayed there for 3 nights first 2 days they kept knocking on my room door asking was going to stay or check out ..asked for utensils dint have any..front dest excuses they ran out or they had to wash them...did not feel welcomed at all just saying if yall dont like your job why work there...bath was some what cleaned also the air vents had lots of dust in there u could see it i can tell they dont do a detail clean because i used to be a housekeeper myself,Next Found a Big Roach in bedroom had to take a pic of it ... read more

Do NOT stay here! We arrived late Friday night and checked in for a party of 3 adults. As we walked down the hallway it was messy, UNO cards all in the elevator, down the hall, not much had looked like it had been cleaned. We walked into the room to find that the room was not suitable for 4 people let alone, just us 3. There was supposed to be a sofa bed and a queen bed that sleeps 4. Nasty place- cat urine. This whole hotel was nasty. It smelled like cat urine. We didn’t stay. The room was nothing like in the pictures. And pull out sofa bed had food crumbs on it everywhere. It was not a place that I was willing to stay in much less put my grandchildren in. So nasty.
