dirty room , trash on the floor, food I the fridge. No conditioner, no lotion, no blowdryer. front desk unorganized, fraudulent, took deposits and then made them into "fees" instead of refundable payments as proffered.

Bad customer service Had a problem as soon as I checked in. He charged me a 100$ deposit fee and did it on the wrong name without asking my name first. He tried to make me pay the deposit fee 2x and I told him no

Not Good Bad smell, room keys mess up every day, hole in wall under sink (exposed for rodents to enter), toilet seat broken, tv old and slow changing channels or turning up and down volume. No supplement for continental breakfast, and dryer cost $2.00 per cycle but had outdated drying element so sometimes had to dry clothes twice.

worse customer service ever My experience here was horrible . First I get there and there was nobody at the front desk. After about 20 mins of constantly calling, yelling for help, and walking around .. we discovered the worker was SLEEPING . After he came out like we weren’t already waiting he was so rude and helped someone else before us when we were the first people there . Overall that man was rude and the place didn’t seem very clean but we didn’t even make it to the room before canceling our stay .
