Dirty, unkept, and smelly The facility is not well kept. As soon as you walk into the lobby the smell of dirty carpet hits you. The lobby is dimmed lighted, the furniture scratched and stained, the floors on the way to the elevator and the room are dirty. The room was in terrible condition and also smelled like dirty carpet. The mattress for the sofa bed in our room had stains on it. The curtains had like seemed blood stains. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned after our second night. The room it’s self was not clean. There were dog bones from a previous stay under the couch in the room as well as stuff all over the carpets and counters. The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel room itself wasn’t up to par with my standards and if I would have known that I would have never stayed there. I couldn’t even really throw my trash in the room away because the trash cans were filled and nobody took them out for the two days I was there. Booked room with Hotels.com only to show up and be told they didn’t have a room for us even though we had a confirmation number they gave our room away.

Employees need to be more knowledgeable I drive 7 hours from Louisiana to Dallas. I called extended to let them know I would have a late check in for about 12:45 to 1:30am. The lady on the phone said someone would be there to check me in. I get to the hotel at 1:17ish and nobody is at the desk. Then I see a sign on the wall that says the office closes at 11pm. My family along with my 7 and 5 year old daughters had to sleep in our freezing cold car all night and made it to their business meeting with untamed hair and unbrushe... read more

Yuckie!!! Seemed like a crack house. Smelled like smoke. No pillows, stained walls....just gross! Best part was customer services rendered by employee “DJ”
