No light bulb over the stove , toilet seat and over toilet , door was getting jammed water laying in back entrance etc

I hate this hotel I hate it here. They lied and said they have additional things to make our stay the best I called the front desk and ask for a coffee maker and they said they didnt have one and kept telling me that the manager would be there at certain time and didnt she never showed up. Front person in the office was always gone. I was told I would get a discount because of it and never did. When I left I ask again and was told the manager never showed. Room was not clean. Kitchen was not clean. Overall not worth for the money I spent

The exterior of the property is clean and in a good location. My room had issues (rusty microwave and a bathroom door that did not close). The hallway smelled and the walls are thin (I had to sleep with TV on to reduce noise). My room was not cleaned a single time during my stay and I was told that it was because I had a 7 day stay. I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk in order to get clean towels. The staff was helpful.

We made reservations, showed up to the location and they did not have any available rooms. The front staff called the other locations and they didnt have any either. The staff basically said oh well. Didn't even apologize.

DISGUSTING! Absolutely FILTHY and DISGUSTING! Read all other reviews, they are accurate. Unfortunately we cannot unsee or unsmell that place. The hallways are filled with smoke from everyone smoking , the shower leaked so there was 1/4” of standing water on the bathroom floor, there was a cigarette butt and used q-tip in the fold out bed...shall I go on? I ended up leaving at 10PM and driving another 3 hours JUST TO AVOID SLEEPING HERE! In case you’re wondering, they kept my money. If you’re thinking about it, DON’T DO IT!!!

Really disappointed. Desperate need of the Property Brothers from television to remodel the whole place. I normally keep my daughter on the weekends when i come into town but i didnt want her to stay with me at this facility.

Great curb appeal that stopped at the door. The lobby smelled of urine from an abundance of either diapers or dogs. The “continental breakfast” was prepackaged muffin kept behind the desk, no coffee ready, no juice. The staff, while polite, seemed inexperienced. The room was adequate but minimally equipped. The halls and side entrances were dirty. I guess I didn’t understand what an extended stay hotel was.
