Horrible place I realize this is a “no frills” hotel, but it was filthy and smelled horrible. It is badly in need of renovation. The clerk whi checked us in was great, but the rest of the staff was grouchy to put it nicely. The trash had not been emptied in our room and it was filthy. There was no coffee made in the middle of the breakfast hours and the staff was not pleased about having to make some more. In short, this is probably the nastiest stay ever. The hidden horrors Ive been meaning to write this for a while because i have never came across anything like this and i am constantly on the go for work and my kids so i book hotels constantly....The overall layout was great,appeared to be clean good space not cramped. Now what scared me what was in the cupboards in the kitchenette area. One cabinet had a foul smelling trash bundle left behind in it. There was also 2 microwaves and one had a smelly mold growing on the inside...what worried me the most was the cabinet near th... read more

Horrible no manager the carpet dirty No dishes the hotel very dirty the bathroom dirty

No extra blankets available in room for sofa bed. Sofa bed had debris in it. Toilet seat was ready to be replaced (worn), no kitchen ware available. Breakfast was a big disappointment, coffee with muffins..

I had made a reservation and paid ahead of time. When I go to check in they can’t find me In the system. I had to call orbitz and they were able to sort it out but I had to wait another hour to Get a room . I have never had this problem before . Very disappointed

The room was not even vacuumed. I could see paper and clothing tags from the previous stay stuck to the bathroom counter and this wasn’t cleaned. There was no trash can in the bathroom. Don’t even get me started on the 2 amazing chairs that were in the room, tons of food stains, yuck! This had to be the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Glad I checked out a day before my planned check out.
