Close to shopping The room was filth, hairy, dusty,cobweb infested. Someone spit on the floor in front of the elevator. Disgusting. Maanger changed room on demand and said we would get complimentary housekeeping. No one every came to clean.

Disappointing Hotel Here is a summary of my experience at the Extended Stay America Westgate hotel. It seems to attempt to conserve energy by not washing and replacing sheets between stays by different guests and by not washing the sink in the kitchen area. Also, glasses and cups are not provided in the room unless requested. The hotel does provide interesting loofah towels which can be used to dry and scrape skin simultaneously. Close to family so were other hotels nearby. Bare bones. Absolutely no amenities. A rip off for the price. No nice touches; shampoo, coffee maker/coffee. They need to visit the Resident Inn by Marriott. A class act for a third of the price.

Very Disappointing! We made our hotel reservation for 3 rooms, 2 queen size beds nine months in advance of our stay. Hotel clerk processed our check-in and did not volunteer the fact that they were giving us rooms with double beds, not queen beds as had been reserved. We were also told that the cost for a double bed and queen bed were the same. Hotel clerk said the hotel was sold out and they could not accommodate our request for queen beds. don't do it! our room was barely vacummed...one bed was full of hair we stripped it and asked for new sheets...no offer was made for someone to come and do it for us. The halls and elevator and hall hadn't seen a cleaning in awhile. when I tried to contact Expedia about changing the reservation for our second night...as per my past experiences with Expedia...no response....This is my last stay using Expedia....no customer service.....

Won't stay there again When we first walked in, it smelled like smoke - covered up by air freshener. On top of it, they didn't give us the room I ordered. It was supposed to be one queen-size bed, but instead it was two full size beds. I tried to go get a different room, but they were "all booked." The room was not clean. There was a razor left in the bathroom, and a piece of soap in the bath tub. There was no one at the front desk when we tried to go there to get cups (because there were none in the room). Less than impressed. We checked in and went to our "non-smoking" room but the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was clearly marked non smoking so it was not a hotel mistake but a previous occupant. They gave us a new room that was much better until we tried to put food in the refrigerator which did not work. We called the desk and they said we could use their fridge on the first floor. Probably will never return. First off, I was reluctant in coming here in the first place because of the bad reviews I read online, and only because the Hyatt and Marriott were already booked. Bad reviews spread faster than good ones, so I took them with a few grains of salt. I'm not sure if my negative experience started at the manual-pull front doors while dragging several bags, or the (friendly) kid behind the counter with a massively fake diamond earring in his ear.
