ok for one night only One night would have been ok but not two. They don't even make your bed. Also you have to take out your wet towels to the office desk to get fresh ones. The room was good if you want to do your own housekeeping. close to restaurants.

For that price at least they can be more attentive No towels in the room when we checked in. We arrived very late close to midnight and could not shower after a long day of travel that started at 7AM. After asking for few times I had to wait to 1AM to go down myself and get towels. The next day the towels were not replaced, after asking few times still did not replace them. We stayed there 3 nights. The last 3 nights every I stay there. A very unpleasant experience We were there for 2 days. There were no shampoo or other amenities. The kitchen was clean but ironically a little cardboard sign touting their cleanliness had some food on it. When we returned the second evening there had been no housekeeping. We had no clean towels. I called the front desk at about 10:30 pm and was told that no towels would be available until the laundry was done - in about 40 minutes. In general the staff appeared over-worked. Will Not Stay There Again It appears extended stay means that people actually reside there. Housekeeping is not everyday, no dishes in the room, room wasn't clean, spider webs on the window, bathroom is small, closet has a sheet rather than a door. When I checked out a day early to switch hotels the staff didn't even bother to ask why I was leaving early, as if it was no surprise or they didn't care. If you don't care for your customers they don't care for your brand.

Disappointing Beer can in lobby when checking in. Rowdy people running around. Light switch broke. Room smelled like smoke --- and while we didn't see dirt, it "felt dirty". Just a weird vibe. At checkout, no one was there to help, and there was line to get "breakfast", which was actually served for the entire hotel on 2' x 3' table. No coffee. Not the best.

Boorked a non smoking room, got a smoking room They definitely don't separate between smoking and non-smoking room. The corridor and the room smelled of cigarettes.

Worst hotel in the area Upon checking in, there was a bad odor that I did not pay much attention to. When we got to our room, the said odor became worst and the room was dirty. We had booked a 1 queen bed bedroom and instead, we found 2 small beds in the room. We called front desk regarding the discrepancy with the beds and she said that it's a common problem they've been having with Expedia, that they do not have queen bed bedrooms available.
