Awful Terrible service. Bed size was wrong. Blanket had cigerette burns. Most uncomfortable bed and pillow. Dog in the hotel barking. Breakfast was granola chewy bars. Front desk lady was conversing with fellow co workers loudy and how much she hated working there. Ill neverrrr come back. Awful hotel.

Disappointing.... The minute I walked through the door, the smell of stale smoke hit me like a brick. The "lobby" was very small and if you had more than 8 people, it was crowded. I wasn't sure I was looking at the "front desk" - had to actually ask the girl behind the counter, because I wasn't greeted, if it was the front desk! She wasn't dressed professionally, so I mistook her for a patron using a computer (she didn't even look up when I entered). Apparently, she was having many problems with the rooms. Never Again I have stayed at over 40 hotels in the past 3 years using Hotels. This is the first review I have ever written. I can honestly say this was the worst overall hotel I have ever stayed at. I'm not sure where to start. Upon arriving at around 6pm, I was asked to wait about 15 minutes so the staff could finish up my room. 6 pm. When I get to my room, I notice they gave me two doubles. Get what you pay for. Upon arrival, the staff was very prompt in getting me my room. however I had reserved a queen bed and they gave me a room with 2 full beds. room probably hadn't been cleaned since last guests left. just put new sheets on bed. shampoo in the room was what was leftover from last guests. go ahead and splurge, the $25 or $50 for the better hotel is so worth it... however if you don't plan on spending much time there than it is probably a good hotel. compared to other hotels in the area, not competitive at a... read more

Horrible service... We arrived and no one was at the desk to check us in. We used the phone that was there to call someone but no one answered. Waited for over 10 minutes before anyone even showed up to allow us to check in. One of our two burners on the stove didn't work, our phone didn't work either which meant if we needed something that we had to go down to the lobby but yet again no one was there and had to use the phone to call someone and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk. Bad hotel in Fishkill The lobby was dark and dirty. The tiles were slippery and dangerous (because it was raining outside). The clerk was rude. We had to change our first room. It smelled horribly and did not appear clean. There was someone's ice cream in the freezer which showed they did not clean. The tv did not work. We switched the room.
