HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I THOUGHT OI RESERVED A NON SMOKING ROOM AND I WAS INFORMED WHEN I HAD GOTTEN TO THE HOTEL THAT THE ONLY ROOM AVAILABLE WAS SMOKING I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO STAY THERE I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME REFUND I WOKE UP AT 8AM AND CHECKED OUT BECAUSE I COULDNT BREATHE,IM VERY ANGRY IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!

Disappointed in cleanliness. I don't think my room had really been cleaned. Stuff on the floor, surfaces were not wiped down. Laundry room was messy too. Don't think the staff was too motivated around there, although the front desk staff was very friendly. Location and convenience of hotel was great.

Dirty Room The room smelled as soon as we walked in. We finally found something that looked like towels or clothing under one of the beds. Asked to have it removed, they never did,, told them twice. They did put clean sheets on after I told them they one of the beds looked dirty. There were burn holes in the bed spread, dirty bathroom floor, and dirty carpet. If they would learn to clean I might recomend it but not at this point.

my tay @extended on 10/09/2010 was very bad ON SATURDAY 10/09/2010 I STAY AT EXTENDED HOTEL @FISHKILL NY MY STAYING I WAS SAD BECAUSE THEY GIVE ME A SMOKING ROOM ,THERE'S NO TV REMOTE ,TV IS NOT WORKING - THERE'S NO TOILET PAPER, I WAS @ THE SAME HOTEL ON SEPT04/2010 WAS OK ,AND I HAVE ANOTHER RESERVATION ON 11/06/2010 I HOPE TO STAY IN CONFORTABLE ROOM ,PLEASE IF YOU CAN DO SOMETHING WILL BE APPRECIATE ,I PAY TO GET WHAT I DESERVE ,THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME ..

location okay, hotel not so much I was very disappointed. The hotel was not very clean, the staff was not very helpful. It is an extended stay so there is no housekeeping. There was no hair dryer. THERE IS NO POOL AS LISTED. When I asked the front desk about the pool they said they never had one and knew that the online listing was incorrect and the had many complaints about it.
