Not to clean Fine to sleep and go rug dirty towels smelled breakfast was really not a break fast. Staff looked Terrible

Don't stay here Did not get room I paid for. Staff very kind and tried to make us comfortable. Worst hotel ever stayed in. First miss on hotels.com and hope it's the last.

Gross Hotel in Taunton This one one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in!!! When I got there their system was down and I couldn't check in... After an hour plus of waiting, they said they could only check me in if they made a copy of my drivers license and credit card... Something I was super uncomfortable with... I tried to find another hotel at this point, but nothing was available in the area... So I was out of options and had to let them copy my information.... Nightmare. The room was gross not clean I called the front desk because hair in the tub and the bathroom. They said they would give me money back. My son has bug bites on the back of his legs from the bed. Tim Langton

Very unimpressive on all accounts. There were guests in the room across from us that were screaming and fighting the entire time. I reported it to the front desk as I was fearful for the woman's safety. The woman at the desk did not appear to care when I reported this to her.
