The last time I stay there !!! Desk staff cold and acted like I was bothering her. Doors slamming well into the night and agin the next morning, early. Sorry but was "dumpy".
Room smelled funny, no chairs except office chair Reception was excellent, information given was accurate. Rooms did not smell good and fridge made noise.
First... and LAST time! This was my first experience at an Extended Stay... and will definitely be my last! We were surprised at check-in to learn that the kitchenette was not stocked and we would have to choose the items we would need from a chart. It was late, so we just asked for a wine glass (not available; just plastic tumblers), a cutting board & knife. Got to the room and went to make a cocktail... no ice. wouldn't stay here again The front desk staff was never there. I often had to wait 45 minutes for someone to be available. I would not stay here again.
It's a place to stay It was ok and it was good for what I needed. I booked this at the last minute for somewhere to stay after the patriots game. It truly is just a place to get some rest. I would not spend more than one night. It is way overpriced for its condition and cleanliness.
Seems more intended for people who loose their homes or need to stay need somewhere to stay while renovating. Nothing special here, no housekeeping with a stay of 4 nights. AC and refrigerator where very noisy. Could easily hear noises from adjacent rooms. WiFi was slow and the per day purchase WiFi service is per device, which they don't tell you before hand.
Not what I ordered I made a reservation for a non smoking room only to be informed by the rude front desk attendant that it was unavailable. The room did not come fitted with the normal abominations such cups, shampoo, or conditioner.
Unacceptable Upon arrival, room was unacceptable for occupancy. IT smelled of grease, toilet was leaking, room was dirty. After discussion with desk clerk, we left hotel and stayed at another. She assured us we would get a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.
It was awful! There was hair in the bed.
