A friend made reservation for us for quick weekend getaway. If I had done my research I'll would have never stayed here. First the outside of the hotel was very dirty and trashed. Our room was on the bottom floor, more like a basement. We asked to be moved due to a awful smell. And the other room was missing a shower 🚿 curtain. I did not take a shower. Overall I'll never stay at this Extended Stay ever again.

I made a reservation and then got to the place and the front office was closed. They had a sign that said call on the phone and someone would be out to help. I stood outside on the phone for thirty minutes and no one answered. I got someone on the phone from extended stay but they couldn't get the actual location employees or the manager on duty to answer. So now I paid for a room that I can't get into. I stayed here for work in the area, my company booked it and was unaware how it really is. This place is basically a transient hotel. People smoking drugs in the parking lot, nodding by the entrances, rooms suck. I’ve never stayed at a hotel you have to take your own garbage out to the dumpster. Asked for a roll a way bed because my granddaughter came to stay the night was told by the very rude front desk person that my room didn’t qualify for one??!! I even offered to pay for it. Me and my family stayed at this dirty, nasty. Funky, drug infested hotel for 4 days & I thought I was still in nyc. We heard ike beating up Tina till the cops came. People sleeping in their cars to buy crack. Staff nowhere to be found after 10. Double check your room sheets. The keys are raggedy we went through 8 keys because they deactivate when there next to things like change, a phone. A charger any little thing. I like here. Got to know everyone basically that works here and they’re all very nice and helpful. I’m getting ready probably to move and I really hate to because I have made some great friends. I’m going to come back to see everybody. And I’m going to try and put an application in so I can see everyone. Thank you all for your kindness.. God bless to each and all of you..
