They gave away the suite we had reserved and paid for by the time we got there.

This is the most horrific experience I've ever had at a hotel in years!! I first checked in Saturday August 11th about maybe 3:15 p.m. in the afternoon, at that point everything was fine I checked into my room requested a few plates, glasses, dishes and even washed my hands and left a towel on the sink near the bathroom area. I left the hotel and within 2 hours returned and the room was completely cleaned up and my silverware and dishes were removed. Nasty, room wasn’t clean sink was broke had to bathe in kitchen.

You get what you pay for. Needed a suite hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight. Check in was smooth, but when we got to the room there was no set up for the fold out couch, the room smelled bad and the remote for the bedroom TV didn't work. Front desk was understaffed when we asked for batteries for the remote, which did not fix the issue. Beds were uncomfortable! Also no dishes, glasses, silverware provided in the room, which we would expect in an extended stay hotel.

It took 6 calls - they kept transferring me to a call center in Marion, IN (?) - to even get someone to talk to at the hotel after I had booked this on Travelocity. Eventually someone of the six told me something had happened to the phone service so I hadn't been able to reach the front desk. Then I found out that, despite the LIST at the airport help desk which says they have one, this facility does NOT have a shuttle available. Clean/repugnant curry smelling, old fashioned hote 1. Hotel Smelled ingrained with middle eastern/Far East food spice/curry... repugnant.... the owners should not cook their food in the hotel . TV was old and in poor working condition..... mix match of wood door trim, kitchen cabinets - And old wall texture finishes. Not worth the $100+ I paid.....
