The room was extremely small. We were told it was a queen size bed, but looked and felt more like a full size bed. The hotel had a satellite and majority of the channels were out for the 2 days we stayed. When I called down to the reception desk, I was told she would put in a work order, and that's all she could do, smh. Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time....

Ripped me Credit card double dip Booked on Hotels for 242+$, then the hotel charge me again after I left for 190+ $ Can't figure out which place is shady with the billing hotels.com or this extended stay which is convenient to "nothing" . This place is in an old area that used to be a business area. Now the area just looks rundown and ghetto.

Expedia overbook the room and staff didn’t care if we have a place to stay the night

Filthy room.hair in the shower. Inches of dust on fixtures. The room was oddly laid out and in poor repair. Their grab and go breakfast was non existent. Wouldn't stay here again or recommend.

Thin walls and unclean room Our bathroom was filled with hair and the refrigerator still had old food in it- someone's leftovers. The walls were so thin we were kept up until after two a.m. When we told the desk about our room they just stared at us and shrugged. We will never stay in an Extended Stay hotel (at least not this one!) again.

Door to outside no lock.. anyone could walk in Door to outside missing lock. Anyone could walk in. Heater did not work in room. Heater in bedroom loud.

TV didn’t work well. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower didn’t have much pressure and wouldn’t fully shut off, continued to drip.
