Worst ever! This was the worst hotel we’ve experienced, and we’ve stayed in over one hundred in the past 35+ years. The first room assignment, which we rejected, reeked of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.The second one smelled musty and the bathroom smell was indescribable. Never again will we stay in an Extended Stay American Suites hotel.

EXTEND NO MORE It was just bad, there are stains on the pillow. Water pressure was bad. You can not adjust the AC so it feels like I am sleeping in a morgue (at some point I thought I was in a morgue or I wish I was in a morgue your pick). The pillows they provided are so small I thought there were additional pillows stashed away. So needless to say I will not “EXTENDED" my stay here the next time.

Check in process terrible. Credit cards did not pass. needed to input manually.

Stay away from this property This place is a disaster. The check in took a long time. When we finally got to our room there were bugs crawling all over the room. The manager gave us another room which fortunately did not have visible insects. There were no paper towels in the kitchen and no glassware. There was nothing. The room looked rundown and smelled like smoke even though it was supposedly a smoke free room. There were two wall air conditioners in the room. Double Dipping - Unfair check-in conditions When I tried to check in i was told that I was a "NO SHOW" because I arrived after 12am due to flight delay and didn't call to notify them. They wanted me to pay for the room again at 2am then turn around and check out at 8am because I had business at that time. I refused to pay so i had to sleep in my car. Dont find this fair because the reservation is already paid for untill check out not 12am. If its a busy day for the hotel they can turn around and double dip by renting the roo... read more

I am a night shift nurse so I bought a several night stay when I technically only needed a couple of days. I paid for Friday night, called Friday night and said I wouldn’t be checking in until Saturday morning. The girl at the front desk checked me in and took my full 4 night payment. I go to check in Saturday morning and tell the front desk lady that I’m checking in. Horrible stay and experience We did NOT get the room we reserved and as a result an elderly adult had to sleep on the smelly floor. Disgusting place. Hotels.com “customer service” doesn’t answer their phone. We were ripped off and no one seems accountable.

Dirty Sleeper Sofa We had a group of 7 and booked two rooms. 4 in one room 3 in the other. When setting up the sleeper sofa there were very noticeable urine and blood stains on the mattress. In addition, no extra sheet or pillows were available for the sleeper sofa. There was also hair on our towels and in the bathroom sink.

Worst experience EVER. My reservation, which I made a month ago, got bounced to another location without ANY warning or notification to a property twice as far away
