I didn't make a reservation on Expedia. I was billed twice. One from Expedia and the other from the hotel.

Terrible. There was a dead mouse in my room when i checked it, and when I told the front desk about it, they were extremely rude. The room was filthy. We asked for an extra pillow for my daughter and they never brought it. Nobody was up front and i waited 20mins just to check out. Overall horrible! Don't stay here!

Drove over 5 hours to find that the only rooms lefy of type of room reserved were pet rooms. Had allergies, so the desk clerk gave us an "upgrade". She told us it had a hole in the shower drywall. We looked at the room. The hole was covered with evidence tape. Only room left. The room was dirty, faucet stopper in bathroom sink and bedroom lights didntwork. Reported it, but fixed it ourselves Had no choice but to take the room -race weekend. We made reservations March!

The Room was big, clean and well designed but the fans/heaters were too loud, smelly. No Glass/cup in the room. The front desks never wore mask during check in or check out . The Staff was smoking in front of the main entrance where it's written NO Smoking :) Its a joke.

Ghetto and dirty First of all the guy at the reception desk was a complete jerk and could not find a reservation so he turned us away. He had an attitude and we had to ask him if there were any rooms available which it had to been because we had reserved it and he gave us a room. When we got to the room it smelled like cigarette makes with marijuana smoke the TV did not work there was no channels we even had a roach in the room there was six people in total in our roomAnd they did not even provide a pillow for all of us ther... read more
