I never leave reviews, but am making an exception. On arrival the lobby seemed nice, and the check in staff was helpful. However after checking in to our suite (which was freezing), we could tell that "renovations" were more like polishing old stuff (tub/sink were just sprayed with some kind of specked "update" paint, etc., lots of cut corners). There was a sign in the room that said "Need anything? Please ask!" Only a tiny shampoo was provided, so I called to ask for conditioner-nope they don't have any. The toilet was clog... read more

We were assigned one room that was already occupied and then we got someone else’s room and they had to be reassigned. Need some organization and management

Broken appliances and COCKROACHES! The full size fridge in the room was broken on day one. Fridge was replaced with another that barely worked and I wouldn't trust to keep food cold. We were mainly using for water/Gatorade for a convention, but it still severely hampered our stay. Microwave was missing the glass turntable and when I asked the front desk about it, they said "Yeah, we have a number of rooms missing those and they are on back order. Here's a plate. Don’t do it. The room was clean, the front desk attendant was friendly. It was downhill from there. There were no kitchen supplies in the room. Supposedly you could call in an order for what you needed and it would be delivered. Tried to call, no reply. Went downstairs to “order”, and only half the plates and utensils we needed were actually available. Told to come back in the morning, when they were still not available. Had to make second trip to desk to get bedding for pull out. Third trip for coffee maker I never received... read more

The room was large but poorly situated. It was updated but dirty. The fan in bathroom rattled when on so loudly we avoided tuening the light/fan on.

Never again. Staff wasn’t friendly upon check in. The girl that was on next was much much nicer and happier. Drunk people all over the place.

Unfriendly It seemed like no employee wanted to be there and it really showed. The only time the customer service was good was when I left the clerk was helpful and actually knew how to treat a customer.
