Made a reservation and I was transferred to this hotel by the chain. It was twenty kilometers from where I wanted to be. Breakfast was poor at best.

No one came to clean the room the bedsheets was smelling like it was not washed.

It was adequate for a place to sleep. Hallways had a strange odor and the breakfast advised was not available not even coffee.

SMH This place really needs a detail done,Everyday I came to my hotel I saw a new animal. Some of the people I was staying with say bugs on their bed as well. You need to beg them to clean your room.

Overbooked rooms and did not inform us of mix-up I received a call after my friend tried to check into the room we were sharing that the hotel overbooked and did not have a room for us. They sent us to another hotel. They did call and make the new reservation for us which I appreciated but the new hotel (same name, 1 mile away) smelled so strong of cigarette smoke. And we were not informed of the mix up until we showed up which was not appreciated.

I turned on the lights to use the restroom and cockroachers scattered across the bathroom counter. They were also in the kitchen. We were without running water for over 4 hrs on Sat. The place had no dishes or necessities in the room.

Dirty windows, bathtub unsafe, tv reception terrible, fuzzy, very few channels, wi-fi was weak and slow. Kitchen had no dishes etc. Breakfast was very skimpy, not what was advertised. Staff was pleasant. Only thing I can recommend Will not stay here again
