We went to the room, it was not a two room suite. So we cancelled and went to a different hotel. It smelled and thought I might get robbed.

The hotel refused to honor my reservation for a king size room and instead forced me to take a queen size room (even though king sized rooms were available). Consequently I had a horrible night's sleep with my feet hanging off the end of the bed.

What year is it? Very limited electronic plug in availability, tv reception was terrible, NO ICE machine, and no dishes or silverware as advertised. Had to unplug clock just to charge cell phone, disappointed with room amenities

Bathroom was very dirty. The room smelled like someone had dinner right before we got there. Asked the front desk if we can come get some plastic plates she said we don have to come down she’ll bring it up but never showed up. The beds were very uncomfortable. Overall very unsatisfactory. Will never stay there again.

All Extended Stays are not equal... Do you really want to know? Well here it goes. The bathroom sink continuously kept backing up, the bathroom light might as well not have been on( it was so dark with it on). Next I had to squeeze between the wall and bed to get to the other side of the bed. Watch it I got there, and they had lost my reservation. The next day they still had the audacity to charge me for the room as a no-show. I was able to talk the day manager into authorizing a refund for me, but the night staff was terrible, cold, and unfriendly.

No stay Didn’t get to stay there because no clean rooms and customer service was awful!

Never ever again!!!! Horrible stay. They gave us a room and i opened the door and people were staying there. The first floor smelled like urine and fish. They had to call the police on someone. The older lady with grey hair and glasses had an attitude and kept saying she didn’t know much of any question we asked. We got put on the third floor and there were no sheets on the bed.
