My room was never finished being cleaned i had no pillow cases and requested them and still never showed up i had to sleep with shirts over my pillows as cases a roach came across my bathroom sink and the bed and pillows were stained.

Not very clean or comfortable. Very disappointing for an Extended Stay. The breakfast was just muffins in a basket with coffee. Nothing else. The room was in need of an update and good cleaning.

Worst experience ever. Bad bad bad the room was dirty the shower didn't work.

The trip is already stressful to begin with we had to evacuate due to the storm we get there a room smell like cigarettes had to get put in another room then was trying to book another day and the general manager was no help at all no customer service skills

Fine in a pinch, but wouldn’t ever stay again. Bathroom door was locked for over an hour, the front desk wouldn’t fix it. I finally was able to jimmy it open. Roaches in the bathroom at night. Strange pet odor in the room.

Awful There is not a lot of handicap accessability. We were told the hotel was booked. We saw about 6 cars. They put us in #350 the furthest away from everything. Moved to #224 where the toilet seat was broken, a smaller bed, kitchen has not been used in years in either room. The dishes supplied were wet and not at all acceptable. We were there for a Mayo clinic appointment and will be returning for more appointments there. I will not ever book there again. Our money was returned and we left. I chose this hotel for the area.
