It was extremely dirty. The room smelled of dog urine. The bathroom faucet was broken and ran not stop. The sleeper couch was stained.

Need work The hotel staff is amazing but the rooms needs work. Shower rod was broke. I didn't know you had to request daily room clean up service's, didn't have hot water for a couple hours and I was not notified. Room/hallways smells pretty bad. Over all if they kept the maintenance up it wouldn't be that bad.

no locks on the windows....rear downstairs exit not locked(ever)......would seem to be a security breakdown

Nice place to stay Beds are comfortable..room clean. Located in between the Town Center and Baymeadows so plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Easy parking.

Made a reservation a couple weeks in advance amd called to confirm the day of knowing we were getting in late. When we arrived the hotel at 1030pm at night the check in agent told me they were overbooked and did not have a room for me. The hotel did not offer any solution to this issue and I ended up having to book a last minute hotel for twice the price and not in an ideal area to accommodate our stay. Terrible experience The room was DIRTY. I don’t think they ever washed the floor. The elevator was even dirty. Breakfast was not ready when it was suppose to be, I did not get the King bed that I was suppose to have, instead we got 2 double beds. I couldn’t even sleep with my husband because the bed was so small. I will NEVER stay at that chain of hotels again

We got to the hotel around 11 pm. Jamie at the front desk looked at us with a confused face and said “there are no more rooms available.” I asked how that was possible since we had a reservation. She offered to put us in a room with a broken toilet. Worried that it was all we could do at 11 pm at night we took it. When we got to the room, the bed was not made and there were dirty towels on the floor. Good stay No problems. Room was clean upon arrival,and very comfortable. Very easy to park and property is close to shopping and food.

Nasty! Lice or bed bugs on bed in plain sight. Only good thing is staff was nice about me getting a refund
