Stay for a night! The shower where not clean. Recommend only for one stay

The smell in our room was disgusting!!! There was hair stuck on the wall .. the refrigerator was filthy. There was no housekeeping basically if you wanted sheets or towels you had to go to the front desk to ask for them ..we got a king Felix and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable the mattress on it was so thin you could feel the bars through it . Good Stay I had zero problems with the hotel.I would like to have had 24/7 coffee like the Prudential Drive property, but overall, my stay was excellent.Had a great room that was clean on my arrival.

THEY STOLE MY PILLOW AND ARE USING IT I checked out at 10:45 am. I then realized at 12:30 that I left my pillow. I called the hotel explaining that I left my pillow. They explained that personal items would be kept for hold for 30 days. I went immediately to the hotel. The lady at the front told me that I would have to flag down the house keeper if she had already went in the room. I met the house keeper in the hallway and asked if she had already been in the room I had stayed in. She said she had. I asked about my pillow. S... read more

Horrible bed and broken doors but good area. Hotel and area were nice... however the problem we had was the bed was very springy and had a divot in the center to where 2 people sleeping on the bed would roll into each other. This was booked during the big rock concert this weekend so they did not have any other rooms available. We had to use the ironing board under the mattress to get some sort of stability to the bed.
