Mattress was comfy, the only positive. Kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky. Carpet felt damp.There were no kitchen utensils/pots/pans/ice trays. Only a fridge, stove, microwave and trash can. Kitchen cabinet wouldn't shut b/c trash can was too big. Remote to tv had tape holding batteries in. Only 2 towels and 2 pillows. Only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Had to get our own toilet paper off of maid cart. Asked for 2 pillows and were told there weren't any.

Good location but not very clean. Not impressed with the room. Could have been cleaned better. Good location.

Had to go to the front we were in the back to get clean towels for bathing and tolet paper .Roaches in the room. Is not cleaned in 7 days. Have to clean room yourself make up the bed everyday. The price is to much to pay to have to do all of that. Very noisy people talking loud and slamming doors late at night could not sleep.

Terrible service, we had a reservation and when we get to the hotel they told us they were out of rooms and they couldn't do anything for us. They didn't even apologize. Terrible front desk service.

Quiet and clean. Tried to check in an hour early. Was turned away rather bluntly. The hotel was central to doctors as well as recreational places that I wanted to visit. Quiet and clean. Does need to be updated though. The continental breakfast consists of nothing more than coffee and a muffin. Easy parking.

Don’t Do It! This was my first time at an Extended stay and will definitely be the last! I should have known when we pulled into the industrial park to cancel this reservation! $120 for a room that accommodated 5 people and offered complimentary breakfast was a grungy hole! The elevator was dirty, there was a cocoon outside our door. The one rickety computer chair at the table was useless to eat at, even if you wanted to. Room was disgusting Room didn't appear to have been cleaned in some time. Mold on the shower tile, mouse droppings in the kitchen cabinets, fridge hadn't been cleaned or wiped down, counters disgusting, toe nails on the floor. The air conditioner leaked and the room wreaked of mildew smell. The elevator was broke we had to use the stairs which is where they keep trash. The smell was hideous. I had to go to house keeping and get cleaning supplies and vacuum. I was unable to find another hotel near by due to spring break.
