I would not let the homeless stay here Neve recommend for the one in Jacksonville. I usually stay at embassy suites but was too tired whiles driving and booked this hotel through Expedia. When I walked in the room it smelled like an old bar so I got a different room. My kids cried and said it was an old hole. The breakfast was muffins and coffee no juice no water no fruits. Questionable guests inside and outside hotel, safety concerns. Shower tiles were dirty.

Dirty rooms These rooms are filthy, I had to go out and buy Lysol, sprayed it's on all the lights switches, door handles and fridge and there so dirty that black crap is running down now that it has been sanitized it's gross. Hotel itself looks great untill u get into your room, housekeepers are NOT doing there job!

DO NOT BOOK! Bedsheets were filthy and hotel staff was extremely rude. Had to book another room that night because these rooms were simply unacceptable. The hotel did not issue a refund despite this terrible service but thankfully Hotels.com's service is much better than theirs.

Manager? The hotel is in a good spot. The service very bad. When I arrived, I was told that I would be "upgraded" from a queen to a room with two beds. Neither bed was the size of a queen. Would not stay there The kitchen was completely empty-no dishes at all-no coffee pot-no hair dryer-half a roll of toilet paper -one bath towel. When I called the desk for a blanket for the sleeper sofa I was told they do not have any. The staff seemed to be working very hard but apparently the were overcome with FEMA residents and those displaced recently from a local fire. The halls reeked with cigarette smoke.
