Mal servicio Estuvimos más de 40 minutos esperando a que alguien apareciera para poder hacer check in mi esposo camino todo el hotel buscando un empleado y no aparecía. Además el mal olor en los pasillos y el elevador era imposible de soportar. En el cuarto el sillón cama lleno de pelo de perro y manchado el matre, no tenía ropa de cama para este. Y el cuarto tenía olor fuerte a humedad. De verdad fue una experiencia inolvidable horrible.

Worst stay ever We had worst stay ever in this hotel. First they were not able to find my reservation with my name or phone number. Rooms were dirty and there was no housecleaning staff. The bathrooms were stinky and there was a problem with the door which was getting locked from inside on its own. There was no arrangement for all 6 members of our group although i booked the hotel room for 6 people. They had no clean bedsheets and no extra blankets for all us. Good enough Typical business traveler lite. Not terrible, not great; but the couch in the room was broken down and there was no desk chair. This contrasted unfavorably with another recent visit where the room was really quite nice.

Terrible looks like a nursing home The lady on front office tried to help us in the best way she can. Unfortunately the hotel is dirty, the room smell like cigarette, the toilet was stucked, we’re in 6 and just have one towel in room, we didn’t took a shower because we get disgusted. There was only 5 pillows for 6 and when I request more pillow, towels and someone to fix the toilet they can only give me a plunger to fix myself and extra towels but no pillows! False Advertisment Place is very nice; However, although the promore their service as free breakfast there is no such service. Empty colffe pots very disapointing when everything else seemed to be in its place.
