Extremely rude general manager and staff. It seems like they get a kick out of being rude. The worst costumer service I've ever experienced in my life. The place was ran like you're in jail. All exit doors were locked with alarms. Only one way in and one way out with your key. But that didn't work out most of the time so the front desk staff use some kind of remote like a garage opener to let you in. You for sure get what you pay for! Cheap! Location isn’t great only thing close is the boulevard mall. The room was spacious and had two big windows with lots of light. The floors were gross you could see the stains on them I doubt they have been more than vacuumed in a very long time. I didn’t walk around without shoes or socks on at the very least. The hotel itself is in a pretty good condition, no bugs and comfortable and definitely more affordable than a lot of other options, but there are some less than desirable people who wander around outside of the hotel at all hours. The entry is locked at all times though so they're doing their best to keep customers safe from anything out there.

Loved the entire staff, they would be the main reason I'd stay there again. Room is dope, like a mini apt. Thank you ladies at extended stay.

My friends and I had booked a room in this hotel between May 16-17. May 16 in the evening, we made our way to EDC. I had separated from my friends while at the festival but I let them know that at the end of the night, I will make my way back to the hotel and request an extra key at the front desk. I ended up getting back to the hotel at roughly 7am, went to the front desk, requested a room key and was promptly given one, but was told--"make sure not to lose it".
