The floor and bedding were not clean. There were no towels to bathe with. The only towels provided were (2) hand towels that I had to use to clean the floor. The hotel dryers were broken so they didn't provide replacement towels although they told me they would after the weekend. I checked between the sheets before lying my 3-year-old in the bed and noticed there were multiple strands of brunette-colored hair throughout the king-sized bed which also matched hair along the walls of the shower. Where do I start........well this was the worst motel/hotel experience I've ever had. I chose this location due to convenience. My husband was in the hospital directly across the street for an emergency situation, so I was staying there alone and felt very unsafe and uncomfortable the minute I walked into the lobby. The worst room we got it on th Extended Stay America in Las Vegas - Midtown. Even there was not clean Bed/Bedsheet arrangement & Bath room are not at all cleaned and the worsk thing is, there was too bad smell in the entire hotel and rooms. It was too bad experience because we reserved the hotel with my family members around 4 childrens. We immediately cancelled the rooms but still they are not refunded back to us.. The worst kind of business is one that won't take your business. I had a reservation for this hotel. I flew into the airport and took a cab here. When I tried to check in, one of the two employees behind the desk said, "The lobby is closed." I didn't know what that meant so when I asked for clarification, they just said, "The lobby is closed" again. I explained I had a reservation and asked where I should spend the night and they just said, "Not here." After that I left and found another hotel. I don't understand why this ho... read more

Front desk attendant lacks responsibility and communication skills. A few hours after I checked out I realized I had forgotten something in the room. I contacted front desk and was told all housekeeping had gone home for the day. It was 2pm and the room had already been occupied. After giving a description and possible location of the item, I was told I would get a call back the next day. Never received a call back because the lady was off and never left a note or notified anyone about the situation.
