Locked out due to their sensitive card. Literally super frustrating and their emergency phones just rings. I hope for a refund foe not being able to access the unit. Guess I Ren a hotel room for the night

Upon arrival, the 2 wonderful people at the front desk. Dennis and Dianna were absolutely amazing. The king sweet that I had reserved was full but they upgraded me to a wonderful two bedroom. I do work for the company in Denver Colorado, and I have to say this is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly. There was another woman that came in around 5 PM that I don't know her name, long hair. She was also very pleasant and helped me out with everything that I needed and asked for. Unfortunately, my stay at this property was extremely disappointing and fell far short of my expectations. From the start, the common areas were neglected and dirty, with visible trash everywhere. The rooms smelled bad and the cleanliness was severely lacking, with mold in the bathrooms and furnishings in poor condition that bore no resemblance to the promotional photos. Was told I had to go to the office just to swap out towels. Even though I was there 6 days. When I extended my stay, thru a company who uses them a lot, the mgr was rude. Until she needed my signature for payment to extend the stay. If it wasn't for the night mgr/lady, this place was not that great. The room I had was basically a one bedroom/one bath studio place. Such a disappointment. Great location, but it's not worth it. Nothing was clean except for the lobby. Rooms have furniture that is falling apart, and doors that get jammed. Kitchen supplies are not available as stated. There is no one to clean during the stay, nor cleaning supplies available. Towels/sheets need to be taken to the lobby to get washed.
