When asked for an extra blanket the receptionist 1st told me they were in the dryer. Then she told me she didn't have any because she was doing laundry. Then she told me the dryer was broken. She then told me she gets off at 11:30pm and to come back then. Eventually, I never got the blanket. My stay was from Tuesday to Saturday. I returned to my room around midnight Saturday morning and my key didn't work. I went to the front desk to find out that I was checked out of my room. Please don’t come to this place. Please don’t do business with this place. Their services are terrible and horrible. They have roaches and the workers who clean the rooms are lazy. They don’t clean your room properly or they half clean your room. Their policies don’t benefit the people who they are serving. They give all the fresh towels to the new guests. Typically I’d say my experience staying at this hotel was a 2 out of 5. The original room we were given smelled like a fry kitchen, to the point where all our clothes and belongings smelled like fried food, on top of that the room didn't come with a hair dryer or shampoo. We were able to receive shampoo upon asking for it at the front desk but there were no hair dryers available. Avoid this location at all cause. Me and my husband are locals just wanted a night out away from the kids. We booked a room here and the lady at the counter was rude. If you hate your job find another one. No need to go around being a pri.ck for no reason. All we wanted was our room which was already booked.

I paid for a room with a double queen bed but ended up with a single queen. Spoke to front desk about it and they didn’t accommodate me. Also one of older ladies that work nights kept flirting with me, it was really gross. I was told that this place served breakfast which was a lie! They gave us granola bars, on top of all of this I now have a rash all over my skin. Smells like weed. This place is not good!
