Desk closed at 11 so there was no one to report a very noisy neighbor to
No options in breakfast though while booking it was mentioned as breakfast included. Also for the kitchen utensils we had to ask for everything and also only limited utensils were provided. Overall very disappointed
I didn’t like that my reservation did NOT show up on the computer and I received a much cheaper rate.
Under par Not even as good as Motel 6 but much more expensive. There are too few front desk staff. We waited in line for more than half an hour to check in. The conditions are under par. Some standard stuff in the room is missing such as cups.
Broken dresser drawers. Stale cooking odors in room. Had to keep window open 24 hrs. Bedding blanket thin and worn. Very minimal amenities.
Unclean and lack of towel
Hotel was dirty. Staff were unfriendly.
